April 16, 2007 :
Extension the date of discount registaration fee.

March 16, 2007 :
The notification of the acceptance extended summary would be uploaded on March 20, 2007. Online payment and full paper submission systems would be activated from March 20, 2007.

February 2, 2007 :
The deadline for extended summary submission has been extended to February 23, 2007.

November 24, 2006 :
The web page of ITHET2007 has been modified where paper templates are provided. Online registration and submission systems will be activated from December 1, 2006.

The proceedings of the conference will be published on CD-ROM.

Instructions to Authors for the Preparation:

Extended summary submission:
All extended summary must be written in English and should be submitted in camera-ready format. Each extended summary should be no more than one page on A4 size paper. The paper margin should be 30 mm at the top, 25 mm at the bottom and 25 mm on the left and right sides. No reduction of the manuscript will be made in the publication if the size is correct. The extended summary format is available as templates in the following formats.
Paper submission:
All papers have to be 4 to 6 pages in length and should begin with an abstract of not more than 100 words. The contributed papers must be in English. Text should be laid out in 2-column format except for the title and author details, which should be centred at the top of the front page. Allow a spacing of 1 blank line between the title and the authors’ names and between the authors and their affiliation. Email addresses must be included in the authors’ affiliation. Allow 2 blank lines between the authors’ affiliation and the body of the paper. A4 page size is the preferred option but 8.5 x 11 inch paper can also be accepted. Other paper sizes must not be used. Please refer to the template for more details.
